In order to fully play the political core role of the party organization, the combat fortress role of the party branch, and the exemplary role of party members, according to the relevant provisions of the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and the "Interim Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China", with the approval of the Party Committee of the Enterprise in the Loudi High-tech Zone, the election meeting for the establishment of the Joint Branch Committee of the Chang'an Industrial Park in the Loudi High-tech Zone was held on October 21, 2024, in the conference room on the first floor of the office building of Hunan Zenxon Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. (Lianyuan Branch) and Hunan Haoda Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd.
The meeting was presided over by Wu Wenqiang, a member of the enterprise party committee and deputy director of the organization work bureau, who announced the official start of the establishment meeting of the Joint Branch Committee of the Chang'an Industrial Park in the Loudi High-tech Zone.
Wu Meihua, head of the comprehensive party building group of the organization work bureau in the Loudi High-tech Zone, read out the approval from the enterprise party committee in the Loudi High-tech Zone.
According to the election method of the conference, Comrade Zhang Jun from Hunan Haoda Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was elected as the secretary of the Joint Party Branch of the Chang'an Industrial Park in the Loudi High-tech Zone.
Comrade Liu Shaoguang, director of the Industrial Development Bureau of the Loudi High-tech Zone and party building instructor, congratulated the establishment of the Chang'an Joint Branch and the election of Comrade Zhang Jun as the secretary of the party branch. He emphasized in his speech that grassroots party organizations need to fully play their role as a combat fortress and the exemplary role of party members, closely connect with the masses, convey the spirit and requirements of the higher-level party committee, and play a correct guiding role in public opinion.
To better play the role of grassroots party branches, Comrade Liu Shaoguang proposed four suggestions: First, strengthen the construction of the grassroots team of the party branch, select and train party members and cadres, improve the quality and ability of the team, and strengthen the leadership of party building work; Second, strengthen the institutional construction of grassroots party branches, establish and improve rules and regulations, strengthen the execution and supervision of the system, and improve the standardization and institutionalization of work; Third, strengthen the support of the party branch for production practice, enhance horizontal interaction among various enterprises in the joint branch, and build collective strength; Fourth, strengthen the concern of the party branch for the workers and the masses, and enhance the ideological guidance ability for grassroots production and operation.
Finally, the meeting concluded solemnly with the singing of the "Internationale".
