2. Every 1-2 shifts, carefully check the connections of various components and fasteners, especially the bolts in the hopper vibration area. If any looseness is found, tighten immediately to ensure structural stability.
3. Regularly check the integrity of the wiring and the condition of electrical components.
4. Before pumping, confirm that the water tank has sufficient water and that the water quality is clean. Replace with fresh water if necessary to prevent affecting the pumping effect.
5. Check the glass plate and cutting ring. If there is excessive wear, uneven wear, or excessive gaps, they need to be replaced.
6. Regularly check the wear condition of the concrete pipeline. If the wall thickness is found to be below the safety standard, immediate replacement should be arranged. The wall thickness can be roughly assessed by tapping.
7. Regularly check the cooling device and rinse the cooling fins to avoid dust blockage.
8. Regularly check the condition of the tires to ensure that the tires are free of damage and that the tire pressure is appropriate.
9. After each spraying operation, the accelerator pump and pipeline should be cleaned. The accelerator filter should be cleaned once a week.
10. At the end of the operation, strictly follow the power-off procedure, turn off the main power supply, and reset all switches in the electrical control box.
Hydraulic System Maintenance
