1. Before starting the wet spraying operation, the surface to be sprayed needs to be sufficiently moistened. Use compressed air and water to remove impurities such as floating stones and rock debris to enhance the bonding strength between the concrete and the substrate. Dirty or water-seeping rock surfaces need to be pre-treated. For severe water seepage, drainage measures should be added before spraying.
2. The spraying operation should follow the principle of coarse spraying first, then leveling, moving from point to surface, and from bottom to top in an S-shaped curve. Start spraying from the bottom of the side walls, gradually closing towards the center of the arch top, ensuring that each layer of spraying is evenly covered. For multi-layer spraying, use a large displacement coarse spray for the bottom layer and a small displacement fine spray for the outer layer until the surface is smooth and flat, forming a tightly bonded curing layer.
3. The precise control of the spraying angle directly affects the spraying quality. The nozzle should always maintain a 90-degree angle with the rock surface to minimize rebound and enhance density. When facing cracks, rebar nets, and irregular rock surfaces, flexibly adjust the angle to ensure that the concrete tightly fills every corner.
4. The spraying distance also needs to be finely adjusted, generally between 0.8 to 2 meters. Flexibly change according to the concrete slump and spraying requirements, maintaining a proper balance of impact force and bonding strength.
5. In the concrete spraying operation, utilize the automation function of the robotic arm to accurately position the spray head, reducing unnecessary adjustments, and achieve uniform spraying through the automatic telescopic function. At the same time, adjust the air volume in a timely manner according to the concrete condition and working face conditions to ensure continuous spraying without dripping.
6. The thickness of the spraying layer should be moderate, avoiding excessive thickness that leads to cracking or collapse, while too thin layers affect strength. The dosage of the accelerator should be finely adjusted according to the spraying location and concrete condition to avoid increased rebound and ensure the density of the sprayed concrete.
7. When spraying on rock surfaces with mesh reinforcement, ensure that the rebar mesh is firmly fixed to reduce rebound and enhance the overall spraying effect and structural strength.
8. For different rock surfaces, the wet spraying strategy should also vary. For hard rock bases, a thin spray sweeping method should be used first to lay the foundation for subsequent spraying; while for soft rock, the spraying thickness can be appropriately increased to enhance the support effect.
